LES CHAMBRES D'HÔTES

Une chambre d'hôtes est une chambre meublée chez l'habitant qui reçoit des touristes pour une ou plusieurs nuitées contre rétribution. On parle également de maison d'hôtes lorsqu'il y a plusieurs chambres d'hôtes, mais seul le terme "chambre d'hôtes" est défini par la loi.
La ou les chambres d'hôtes doivent être situées dans la résidence de l'habitant, qu'il s'agisse du même bâtiment ou d'un bâtiment annexe. La location d'une chambre d'hôte comprend la fourniture groupée d'une nuitée et du petit-déjeuner, assortie au minimum de la fourniture du linge de maison.
